Hello!      I went to sushi shop called Uobei with my friends the other day. She works there, so we were able to use the company discount. I was picked up by car to the shop.       First, we orderd several kings of royal dishes such as salom and tuna. It's been a long time since I've had sushi, so I felt it was more delicious than usual. After that, we ordered side menus such as french fries. I like them because it was fun to eat with friends. Finally, we orederd soft serve ice cream. They were refreshing and very good.It was so much fun that I would like to go again. "Uobei"  

 Hello!      I went to a sweets shop in last week. We were on a trip to Murakami City, and on the way back, we stopped by Tainai City. We were planning to go to a shop famous for strawberries. The name of the shop was "ICHIGO COMPANY SWEETS LAB". When we entered the store, there were a lot of menus, and I was very confused about which one to choose. I chose a strawberry parfait. It was many times more delicious than I expected, and I finished eating it right away.  "ICHIGO COMPANY SWEETS LAB"      The person I went with was eating chocolate parfait, so I got a little. I like chocolate very much, so I was glad. It had a different taste from the strawberry parfait. Also, another person ate caramel pudding. It was a beautiful yellow. I didn't eat it, but it looked very delicious.                The shop is far from Niigata City where I live, so I can't go there easily, but if I have a chance, I definitely want to go again.     The other day, I went to a store that sells dumplings. The shop was prepared with shichirin, and it was the type to bake it by myself. I was impressed because I had never seen much of shichirin. According to the clerk, we were told that it would be good to put the dumplings on top of the shichirin and wait for 30-40 seconds. We waited while talking. A few tens of seconds later, we took out the dumplings. At this time, it was not burnt, but it needed to be careful because it would burn if it was a little late. There were very chewy and delicious. There were several kinds of toppings, and we were able to use them freely. I really liked kinako and whipped cream. It was the first shop I went to, but is was very wonderful, so I want to go again.
